Scope of Services
Our services include the professional dyeing and repair of furniture, including upholstered items (leather, vinyl, and fabric), as well as vehicle interiors (leather, vinyl, and fabric). Each service is tailored to the specific needs of the client and agreed upon in writing prior to work commencement
Liability & Client Responsibility
While we take utmost care with all furniture and vehicles, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or damage resulting from conditions outside of our control. Clients are responsible for ensuring their furniture or vehicle is prepared for the service (i.e., clearing any items from the work area). If furniture or vehicles need to be moved, the client assumes responsibility for any damages that occur as a result of this action.
Warranty
We are committed to providing the highest quality service and stand by our work. For all services, we offer a 30-day warranty from the date of completion, covering any defects in the work we performed. The warranty does not apply to issues outside of our control (e.g., wear and tear, misuse, or damages caused by environmental factors). If any issues arise within 30 days, we will return to assess and address the situation at no extra charge, but no refunds will be provided unless explicitly agreed upon during the initial consultation.
Refunds
Refunds are not issued unless explicitly agreed upon in writing at the start of our agreement. If issues arise with the work after the service has been performed, we will return to address and resolve the issue, provided the warranty is still in effect. Any dissatisfaction with the work must be communicated within X days of service completion to qualify for resolution.
Client Acknowledgement
By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- All work to be performed will be clearly outlined before commencement, and the client is responsible for ensuring accurate communication of expectations.
- We are not responsible for any damage to property that occurs outside of the scope of work agreed upon.
- Photographic documentation of the furniture or vehicle before and after service is recommended to ensure both parties have clear records of the condition of the items.
